why I love making terrariums

i have owned and subsequently killed:

1. a bonsai tree

2. peace lily*

3. a cactus*

4. most of the inhabitants of a potted plant that was a gift**

But you don’t kill moss! You leave that in the jar and it’s stupendous! Everyone involved is happy forever!

*obviously not as hardy as people think

**one ivy, i think, survived. it is clearly the superior plant race.

Yep, I broke down and bought a David’s Tea iced tea mug.  It took me all of two seconds of decision making. I made some using the amaretto tea. It is delicious and nearly all gone.
